SkySpire Media LLC (“SkySpire Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom creative, digital, and professional services. Because our work is tailored to each client and often involves digital deliverables, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. No Returns on Services or Custom Digital Deliverables
SkySpire Media does not offer returns on:
- Creative or professional services
- Consulting or advisory services
- Custom digital deliverables or files created as part of our services
- Media, designs, graphics, videos, or other project outputs
Once services have begun or digital deliverables have been provided, they cannot be returned.
2. Refund Policy
a. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure scheduling, project initiation, and allocation of time and resources.
b. Service Fees
Payments made for services are non-refundable, unless a refund is expressly agreed to in writing by SkySpire Media.
c. Completed or Partially Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for:
- Work already completed
- Work in progress at the time of cancellation
- Time spent, revisions performed, or resources allocated
3. Project Cancellation
a. Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation:
- The Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due
- Deposits remain non-refundable
- SkySpire Media retains ownership of all unpaid or unfinished work
b. SkySpire Media-Initiated Cancellation
SkySpire Media may suspend or cancel services due to:
- Non-payment
- Client breach of agreement
- Inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful conduct
- Failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback
In such cases, the Client remains responsible for payment for work completed to date.
4. Paused or Abandoned Projects
If a project is paused or delayed due to Client inaction for 30 calendar days or more, SkySpire Media may, at its discretion:
- Consider the project abandoned
- Invoice for all work completed to date
- Close the project without further obligation
Project reactivation may require a new agreement, revised scope, or additional fees.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with an agreed scope of work.
Unauthorized chargebacks or reversals may, to the extent permitted by law, be treated as a breach of contract and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Loss of access to deliverables
- Additional administrative or recovery costs
- Collection actions where legally permissible
6. Third-Party Costs
Refunds are not available for third-party expenses incurred on the Client’s behalf, including but not limited to:
- Stock media licenses
- Fonts or software
- Printing or production services
- Hosting or platform fees
These costs are non-refundable once incurred.
7. Refund Processing (If Approved)
Any approved refunds will be:
- Issued at SkySpire Media’s discretion
- Processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing
8. Exceptions
Any exception to this policy must be:
- Approved in advance
- Documented in writing
- Signed or acknowledged by both parties
Verbal agreements or assumptions do not constitute an exception.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights a consumer may have under applicable state or federal law.
10. Policy Updates
SkySpire Media may update this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
