This Copyright & DMCA Policy describes our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy applies only to content hosted or controlled directly by SkySpire Media LLC.

All DMCA notices must be submitted by email to the address above to ensure timely processing.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice that includes all of the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved);
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it (such as a URL);
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or non-compliant notices may not be processed.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you reside, or if you reside outside the United States, the federal district court located in Montana, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, SkySpire Media LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate access to our website or services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We reserve the right to seek such remedies where appropriate.
